By making a booking the guest(s) accepts and agrees to abide to these Terms and Conditions and our Conditions of Stay. The guest making a booking is accepting these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons involved. 

  • Special COVID-19 Term. There are closures and movement limits outside of everyone’s control. If a booking is required to be cancelled/altered because of COVID-19 a Credit Note will be issued.  Altered bookings may incur different tariffs due to seasonal tariff rates.

  • Check-in for camping is between 12 noon and 7pm. Check-out is 11.00am.

  • Check-in for cabins is from 3pm to 9pm. Check-out is 10.00am.

  • Earlier check-ins and Late check-outs - subject to availability, fee may apply.

  • All rates are GST inclusive and all prices are subject to change.

  • A minimum 2 night stay is required for cabin reservations outside of public holiday periods. Where a one night stay may be available, a $50.00 surcharge to the daily rate will apply.

  • All cabins are strictly NO SMOKING.  

  • A 7 night minimum stay is required over the Christmas/New Year Period.

  • A 4 night minimum stay is required for Easter

  • A 3 night minimum stay is required for all other Public Holiday Weekends (with the exception of Christmas - see above).

  • No group bookings allowed. We are not suited to and do not accept schoolies type or party groups.

  • No additional guests to stay other than agreed in the confirmation email.  Having additional unconfirmed guests on the property will result in your booking being cancelled, with all people being required to leave the property immediately.  No refund will apply.

  • No day visitors are allowed on the property without prior consent from Management. Please discuss with us if you wish to have a visitor.  

  • Pets are NOT allowed.


  • Prices include 2 persons.

  • A cleaning fee - minimum of $100 - will be charged if cabin/site is left in an unsatisfactory condition upon departure.


  • Please choose your booking dates carefully.  Cancellation Fees Apply.

  • Refunds are not available for bookings cancelled less than 30 days before arrival or due to early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where persons breach park rules and are asked to leave.

  • Peak Season – A one night's non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Balance to be paid one month in advance. 

  • Off Peak Season – A one night's non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Balance to be paid on arrival.  

  • A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all bookings cancelled more than 30 days of arrival.

  • All cancellation fees and refunds are at the Manager’s discretion.



  • Management reserve the right to terminate the stay of any persons breaching any of these without explanation.
